Frequently Asked Questions:

  • What are the benefits of window tint?

Whether used on a car, business, or home, window film (also known as tint) provides numerous benefits. We are proud to be an authorized dealer of Vista and Llumar window film. Recommended by the Skin Cancer Foundation, Vista window film offers 99.9% protection to meet skin cancer requirements against the harmful, invisible rays of the sun. Window film can save you money on your cooling costs, extend the life of your air conditioning unit, protect your furnishings, cut glare, and improve the overall ambience of your home or business. Additionally, tinting glass holds it together, keeping it away from passengers in the event of a car accident or bystanders of storefronts in the event of a smash and grab theft attempt.

  • Will you come to my home or business?

No. We do not do mobile service. Everything is done in shop.

  • Are warranties available for your products?

Yes. We guarantee all products and workmanship for a full year; this is in addition to the excellent warranties provided by the manufacturers.

  • What are the manufacturers’ warranties for window tint/film?

Both Llumar and Vista offer a lifetime warranty on their products. These warranties protect you against bubbling, cracking, peeling, and fading.

  • When is it time to replace my windows?

Bentonville Glass can save you money by replacing the glass, not the window. When you see a slight fog or chalky look on the inside of your windows this means a seal failure has occurred and the glass must be replaced.

  • Do you offer free estimates?

Yes. Give us a call to schedule yours today!

  • Are you insured?

Yes, we carry general liability insurance and workers’ compensation insurance. In addition, we are licensed in the state of Arkansas, are a member of the Contractor’s Licensing Board for the State of Arkansas, and carry workers’ compensation protection.

  • How do I know I can trust Bentonville Glass employees in my home or business?

Your comfort is our priority. As a licensed contractor, we require all Bentonville Glass employees to undergo background checks and drug testing. In addition, all employees carry photo identification, available upon your request.

  • My windshield has a crack or chip in the glass. Do you offer windshield repair instead of replacement?

Yes, we can repair your windshield instead of replacing it.

  • Will you come to my home or business to repair or replace the glass on my automobile?

Yes, we offer mobile service within our service area for your convenience.

  • Are there design or style options available for your glass?

Yes, there are many patterned glass styles available to suit your needs. It is best to stop by our showroom to view all available options.

  • I have heard that sometimes windshield glass can be improperly installed, leading to problems later. How do I know I can trust Bentonville Glass to properly install the windshield right the first time?

We are proud to have an almost 100% no-return rate for our automotive glass. We take the time to ensure initial proper installation.

  • Why should I choose Bentonville Glass?
