COVID-19 Statement from Bentonville Glass Inc.

First and foremost, our hearts go out to anyone who's been impacted by the virus, either directly or indirectly. Our thoughts are especially with those who are sick, to whom we extend our heartfelt wishes for a full recovery. We are truly inspired by the selfless healthcare workers around the world who are on the front lines working tirelessly to care for people in need.

Second, we’re focused on the health and safety of our employees, families and communities. We know there are no guarantees, but we are committed to doing everything possible to protect them. Our sales and service staff are still working, and we’ve taken steps to reduce the amount of interaction that occurs in our location by social distancing and entry into our establishment. We have established and implemented disinfectant procedures for employees and managers to deal with COVID-19. We are monitoring and checking temperatures our employees as they come and go. We are continually working to make sure that they, our customer, recognizes and feels that we are committed to their safety.

Third, our team remains laser-focused on our company’s core values to guide us as we rise to this challenge. We, as a team remain committed to our customers, our community and the people who have made this area the greatest place to live in.

Finally, we are still happy to take your orders via phone, email or fax for those customers who still need appointments, services or have requests. We hope that you, our valued customer, know how much we appreciate your patronage and loyalty.  

As we collectively process and deal with these uncertain times, together as Americans, we have a choice to make. Simply said, we can get bogged down by focusing on problems and what can’t be done or take stock of our talents and capabilities and power forward to the best possible outcome. We wholeheartedly believe in the American spirit to overcome challenges, inspire greatness, and work together to make the world a better place! It’s what America and American’s STILL do best.
